About

Anyone can get AI to do something impressive. Almost nobody can get it to do their actual job. The distance between those two things is the most expensive problem in tech right now, and the people who have truly closed it can be counted on one hand. Three of them are spending Friday afternoon in Boston telling you how. Why your AI is stuck: it is not the model. Your AI does not know how your business works: where the numbers come from, what your own terms mean, which version of the truth is the right one. That knowledge sits in people's heads and old spreadsheets, not anywhere the AI can reach. The missing piece is called context, and it is the difference between AI that is impressive in a demo and AI you can hand real work to. Format: two short keynotes, a panel, then open questions from the room. No product pitches, no demos, no vendor slides. What you leave with: - Three questions to ask your own team on Monday that tell you whether your data is ready for AI at all - Why asking AI the same question twice can give you two different answers, and what actually fixes that - Why a smarter model will not fix it, and where the money should go instead - How to get what your best people know out of their heads and into something AI can use - What this work costs and how long it takes, from people who have done it - How much human checking AI still needs, and who in your company should be doing it RSVP is required and subject to host approval. This is the last session before the Boston AI Week Opening Party, which starts at 5:30 PM at Island Creek Oyster Raw Bar in the Seaport. We wrap at 5:15 and head over together. The party takes its own free RSVP: https://www.meetup.com/boston-ai-week/events/315063562 Questions: nandini@misneach.ai
