How To Build a Company Brain

About
Every company already has a brain. It's just disparate and scattered across inboxes, CRMs, shared drives, and the memory of whoever has been there longest. This panel is about building a real "company brain": an AI-native knowledge layer with accountable sources, relationships treated as records, and a governed path from new information to institutional truth.
The payoff is answering the questions that are painful or impossible today. A law firm asks, "Which judges have ruled against our position on this motion, and who argued the other side?" A recruiting firm asks, "Which hiring managers we placed people with have since moved to new companies?" A commercial real estate team asks, "Which tenants are outgrowing their space and have leases expiring in the next 18 months?" A PE firm asks, "What comparable deals have we seen in this sector, and how did they perform?" And across all of them: "How are we actually connected to this person?"
We'll get concrete about what makes those answers trustworthy rather than plausible-sounding, and we'll be honest about where AI earns its place and where it's just theater.
