GTM Under Pressure: The AI Mystery Basket Challenge is a hands-on, competitive workshop designed for GTM, sales, marketing, growth, revenue, and RevOps leaders who want to move beyond AI experimentation and learn how to apply AI strategically across the modern GTM lifecycle. We’ll start with a fast-paced framework covering the Six Jobs of Modern GTM, from market intelligence and ICP development to positioning, activation, conversion, and measurement. We’ll also walk through frontier GTM workflows that show how AI can move beyond simple prompting into connected workflows and increasingly agentic systems, while keeping human judgment, governance, and responsible AI in the loop. Then the mystery basket opens. Participants will be placed into intentionally mixed teams and given the same unfamiliar product and market, along with a unique business constraint. Each team will have 50 minutes to research the opportunity, form an ICP hypothesis, develop positioning, choose a GTM motion, identify where AI creates meaningful leverage, and prepare a 90-second pitch. Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or whatever AI tools you already know. We’ll also provide an optional GTM Sous Chef, an AI advisor built specifically to help teams pressure-test their thinking during the challenge. Think: MBA capstone meets GTM strategy lab meets a mystery-basket cooking challenge. The session ends with rapid-fire team pitches, live judging, and a winner. You’ll leave with a practical modern GTM framework, experience using AI to solve an unfamiliar business problem under pressure, a repeatable GTM Challenge Canvas, AI workflows and prompts you can take back to your team, and access to a GTM Advisor you can use after the event. This is not another sit-and-listen AI session. Come ready to think, build, experiment, compete, and see what modern GTM looks like when AI becomes part of the operating system.
