Most small businesses have tried a chatbot and been underwhelmed. This session is about the
next thing: autonomous agents that complete real work end to end — processing an order,
qualifying a lead, chasing a follow-up, writing the report — without a human in the loop for
every step.
We'll build one live. Starting from a real operations workflow, we'll map the decision points,
wire the agent, and show what it looks like in production, including the parts that break and
how you guard against them. No code. Attendees leave with the workflow map and the
guardrail checklist we use on client builds.

- Tim Regan is the founder of AI Rocket in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he builds digital
- employees — autonomous AI agents that run real operational work for small and mid-size
- businesses.
- He has no coding background. Everything he runs was built in plain language, which is the
- entire point: he ships a new production system most weeks — lead generation, website
- integration, purpose-built agents for specific tasks, and scheduled automations that run
- overnight without him.
- He works across two AI models in tandem, one for strategy and one for execution, a workflow
- he'll walk through in the session. His current production system runs ten agents handling
- live commerce operations daily, and has since April.
