Join Mark Roberge, The Science of Scaling, and Stage 2 Capital for an exclusive founder experience hosted at Harvard Business School. This intimate session brings together a curated group of founders, sales leaders, and GTM operators to explore one of the most influential cases in startup growth: "HubSpot: Inbound Marketing and Web 2.0."
Through Harvard's signature case discussion format, attendees will examine the strategic decisions that shaped HubSpot's early growth — product-market fit, customer segmentation, pricing, and scaling a go-to-market organization. Following the session, the conversation continues over a founder reception.
Speaker: Mark Roberge, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Stage 2 Capital. Mark was the fourth employee and founding CRO at HubSpot, where he scaled the go-to-market organization from zero revenue to IPO, and has been a member of the teaching faculty at Harvard Business School for over a decade.
Required pre-work: before applying, read the abstract of the Harvard Business School case study at https://www.hbs.edu/faculty/Pages/item.aspx?num=37327 — application questions reference the abstract. You do not need to purchase the full case to apply; accepted attendees receive instructions for accessing it before the event.
