The AI in Massachusetts Workforce Development and Career Fair

The AI in Massachusetts Workforce Development and Career Fair is the largest AI-focused hiring and workforce event in New England, and the anchor career program of Boston AI Week 2026. It brings together the Commonwealth's AI employers — from Fortune 500s and national labs to growth-stage startups and robotics companies — with the people who will build, deploy, and govern AI across Massachusetts. Co-hosted by Boston AI Week and the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, the fair takes over Metcalf Hall in BU's George Sherman Union for an afternoon of recruiting, workforce programming, and community. Employers staff booths on the main floor; job seekers move between conversations, on-the-spot resume reviews, and short-form talks from hiring managers and workforce leaders.
