Participants will learn how to identify a high-value problem to solve, scope an achievable first product, and
break large ideas into iterative development milestones. The course emphasizes defining clear
requirements, prioritizing validated features, and building incrementally.
Through guided exercises and live build sessions, participants will create a working prototype tied to a
real business or operational need along with a clear product roadmap. By the end of the workshop,
participants will be able to approach software ideas more strategically, better translate business problems
into actionable product plans, and collaborate more effectively with AI coding tools to turn concepts into
practical applications.
