About

Aspire 2026: Connection to Capability Bridging the right capabilities to the right outcomes for your organization, starting with life sciences. Thursday, October 22, 2026 | 3:00–7:00 PM ET (doors open at 2:00 PM) Stellix Corporate HQ, 325 Foxborough Boulevard, Foxborough, MA In partnership with Women Applying AI (WAAI) | Limited to 100 guests You don't need another AI pitch. Life sciences and operations leaders are past the point of needing convincing that AI matters. The harder question is how to connect AI with robotics and automation to create real operational impact in regulated environments. And how do you do that without compromising production, quality, or compliance today, so you can reach the outcome you want tomorrow? Aspire is Stellix's hands-on answer. It is not a keynote-heavy showcase, and it is not a sales presentation. It is a working look at how a desired outcome connects to the capabilities it takes to get there, and the operating model that makes the result stick. Start with the outcome you want. Then see the capabilities and the operating model that deliver it, running side by side. What Aspire is: Aspire is Stellix's in-person event series for turning conversation into a real next step. Connection to Capability is the third event in the 2026 series. It builds on April's look at intelligent manufacturing and June's focus on moving from pilots to production, and it is the first Aspire event run in partnership with WAAI. Stellix is WAAI's Physical AI Mission Partner for 2026–2027. Together, we are bringing WAAI's network of senior life sciences leaders into the same room as Stellix customers and partners, so the conversations are between peers who share the same operating context and the same compliance burden. The idea behind the day is simple. Most technology conversations start with a tool. This one starts with a result. Every demonstration, tour, and discussion is tied to a real operating outcome, and none of it is shown in isolation. How the day works: Every stop on the floor follows the same four-step path, so the day builds on itself. Start with the outcome. What do you want to improve or achieve in your operation? See the capability mix. Watch how data and AI, robotics, intelligent automation, engineering, and other capabilities work together to deliver it. Connect it to the operating model. Learn how OpsCore turns a desired outcome into a practical, governed path forward. Choose the next conversation. Meet the right expert, book an Experience Center tour, or set up a follow-up that fits your priorities. By the time you reach the networking hour, you will know which of these conversations matters most for your team, and who to have it with. What to expect: The "why," from Stellix leadership The program opens with a short welcome from Stellix CEO Jenn Azar. She frames why we built Aspire around outcomes rather than individual technologies, so that you can judge everything you see against the result you are trying to reach. The "how," through OpsCore Next comes an introduction to OpsCore, the Stellix engagement model for turning a desired outcome into a practical, governed operating path. You will see how an operating outcome becomes a set of KPIs, a capability mix, a roadmap, and a clear next step. Live demonstrations on the experience floor From 3:30 to 5:30 PM, the experience floor is open. Expert stations and live demonstrations run throughout, and you move between them based on your own interests. There are no assigned groups and no set rotation. Demonstrations span: Data and AI Robotics as a service Business Transformation Consulting & Operating Model Design Cybersecurity Engineering Each one shows how a capability connects to a real outcome and the operating model behind it. You will see capabilities working together, not a single technology on a stage. Small-cohort Experience Center tours: Timed tours take small cohorts through the Stellix Experience Center, including the Immersive Experience and the Future Lab. Both are designed as a low-risk proving ground for new operating models, a place to test an idea before it touches production. Tours run continuously in 15-minute intervals from 3:30 to 5:00 PM. Tour sign-up is available at check-in, so you can pick your slot before the program begins. Tours are ideal for first-time visitors and for returning guests who want another look. They are optional. Meet the Experts: Bring your hardest operational problem. The Meet the Experts space puts you in direct conversation with the people who solve these problems every day. Come with a specific challenge, such as a system you need to modernize, a process you cannot pause, or a pilot that has stalled, and talk it through with practitioners. Purposeful networking The day closes with a cocktail hour and facilitated networking from about 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Themed tables give every conversation a point, so you meet the people working on the problems closest to yours. The goal is conversations that move things forward, not business cards. The day at a glance: 2:00–3:00 PM: Doors open, registration and check-in, Experience Center tour sign-up 3:00–3:15 PM: Welcome from Jenn Azar 3:15–3:30 PM: Introduction to OpsCore 3:30–5:30 PM: Experience floor open with live demonstrations, expert stations, and Experience Center tours 5:30–6:00 PM: Final conversations at the stations 6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail hour and themed networking Who should attend: Aspire is built for people making real operational decisions. It is not designed for a general industry audience. Life sciences leaders exploring how AI moves from ambition to something that runs under real regulatory, quality, and throughput pressure. CTOs, VPs of Operations, and Chief Digital Officers will find the day built around exactly that question. WAAI members. As part of the WAAI network, you are invited to see first-hand how outcome-led AI applies to real operating environments, grounded in life sciences rather than abstracted from it. Stellix customers and partners evaluating how to modernize systems and operations without pausing production. Aspire offers a direct look at how Stellix designs, implements, and governs that path, and how it runs day to day. Why attend: See the capability mix at work. See data, AI, robotics, automation, reliability, cybersecurity, and engineering work together instead of in isolation. Understand the operating model. See how the work is meant to run in practice, not only how it looks in a demo. Talk to the experts. Put your own operational challenge in front of the people who solve it. Plan your next step. Leave knowing what is possible and which conversation should happen next. What you will leave with: A clear picture of what is possible in your operations A clear understanding of the operating model behind it A clear next step, whether that is a follow-up conversation with our team, a hands-on Experience Center workshop, or an OpsCore working session tailored to your operations Why this is different: No generic AI hype. Every session is grounded in the specifics of regulated operations. No vendor pitches. This is a peer-level conversation among leaders who share the same operating challenges. Working systems, not slide decks. You will see live demonstrations, not a stack of slides. Reserve your seat: Space is limited to 100 guests. Select Reserve Your Seat to register and join Stellix and WAAI at our Foxborough headquarters on October 22. Come ready to talk about the outcome you want. Leave with a plan for how to get there, backed by the people who can help you build it. Photo and video notice: By attending, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event and used by Stellix and its partners.
