 ch this room agrees with itself\, which in most rooms is less than anyone
  expects.\n\nIn the second half you grade the same three documents again\
 , this time with a one-page standard in hand\, and we measure what change
 d. That number is the whole point.\n\nWho this is for: HR leaders\, manag
 ers\, and anyone who approves work they did not watch get made. No techni
 cal background needed. Bring your judgment. You will need it.\n\nYou leav
 e with the one-page evaluation standard used in the room and a self-asses
 sment you can run on your own company.\n\nDoors at 9:45. Program runs 10:
