SUMMARY:AI Ready or Risky? A working session for C-level and equivalent e
nterprise leaders actively pursuing an AI initiative.
DESCRIPTION:Your organization has identified an opportunity for AI. But i
s the business ready to move it forward?\n\nAI Ready or Risky? is an invi
tation-only working session for C-level executives and equivalent enterpr
ise leaders whose organizations are actively evaluating\, piloting\, impl
ementing\, or scaling an AI initiative. Unlike a traditional conference\,
this is a facilitated working experience. Each participant will arrive w
ith one specific AI initiative and examine it across four areas that can
determine whether it moves forward successfully:\n\nBusiness Value and RO
I\nIs the initiative connected to a meaningful business need? Are its exp
 ected value\, costs\, measures of success\, and ownership clear?\n\nPeopl
 e Readiness\nDo employees\, managers\, and leaders have the skills\, supp
ort\, confidence\, and ways of working required to adopt it?\n\nData Read
 iness\nIs the necessary data available\, usable\, trustworthy\, and appro
priate for the proposed application?\n\nGovernance and Access\nCan the or
 ganization manage access\, oversight\, accountability\, security\, and re
sponsible use as the initiative advances?\n\nHow the working session work
s\nParticipants will move through the four readiness areas in small cohor
ts. At each station\, experts will introduce key considerations\, share p
ractical examples\, and guide participants in applying focused questions
to the initiative they brought with them.\n\nThroughout the session\, att
endees will capture their findings on a personalized AI Readiness Card\,
provided in both physical and digital formats. The completed card will pr
ovide a practical view of what is already in place\, where gaps remain\,
and which questions or decisions must be addressed next.\n\nYou will leav
e with:\n\n• A clearer view of your initiative’s readiness across four cr
itical areas\n• Greater visibility into the risks and unresolved question
s that could impede progress\n• Practical guidance from experts in AI str
 ategy\, workforce adoption\, data\, governance\, and security\n• A comple
ted AI Readiness Card to support conversations with your leadership team\
n• A more focused set of priorities and next steps for advancing your ini
tiative\n\nWho should attend\nThis working session is designed for C-leve
l executives and equivalent enterprise leaders who:\n\n• Hold decision-ma
king responsibility for an organizational AI initiative\n• Are currently
 evaluating\, piloting\, implementing\, or scaling AI\n• Are prepared to b
ring one specific initiative to examine during the session\n• Want a prac
tical\, cross-functional assessment rather than an introductory discussio
n about AI\n\nAttendance is limited to preserve the small-group\, interac
tive format. Invitation requests will be reviewed for alignment with the
 intended executive audience and working-session experience.\n\nWhat You’l
 l Leave With\nThis is a working session\, not a traditional panel discuss
ion. You’ll leave with:\n\nA completed AI Readiness Card for the specific
initiative you brought to the event\nA clearer view of where your initia
tive is ready to move forward and where risk or unanswered questions rema
in\nExpert guidance across business value and ROI\, people readiness\, da
ta readiness\, and governance and access\nA focused set of priorities and
next steps to take back to your organization\nNew connections with fello
w executives navigating similar AI decisions
