 ethics\, and appropriate use.\n\nThis panel will bring together perspecti
 ves from medical education and administration to explore what these chang
 es mean for GME professionals today. Panelists will discuss how AI is alr
 eady being used\, where it can have the greatest practical impact\, commo
 n concerns and barriers to adoption\, and why human judgment remains esse
 ntial.\n\nThe discussion will also provide an introduction to the AI in M
 edical Education Administration course\, a six-week live virtual program 
 designed specifically for GME leaders\, program administrators\, coordina
 tors\, and medical education staff. Participants will learn how to use AI
  to improve routine administrative work\, support data and documentation 
 needs\, strengthen communication and meetings\, create presentations and 
 educational materials\, assist with recruitment and branding\, and develo
 p ethical and compliant AI workflows.\n\nAttendees will leave with a clea
 rer understanding of how AI is reshaping medical education administration
 \, practical examples of what is possible today\, and a roadmap for build
 ing the skills needed to use these tools responsibly and effectively.
